What equipment do I need?
50+ Strong is built around dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells. You can follow the Dumbbell Only version, combine dumbbells and kettlebells, or follow THE IRON version which combines all three. Simply choose the equipment and training style that works best for you.
How many days per week is the program?
50+ Strong is designed around 3–4 strength training sessions per week. If you can only train 3 days, simply complete the first 3 workouts and save the fourth workout for the following week.
Do I need lifting experience?
No. Whether you’re completely new to strength training or returning after time away, 50+ Strong provides a clear path forward with structured workouts and exercise demonstrations. If you already have lifting experience, you’ll love the program even more because it gives you a proven system focused on Strength, Muscle, Mobility, and Stability.
What if I’m over 60?
Perfect. In fact, many women find strength training becomes even more important as they get older. The principles inside 50+ Strong are designed to help women build strength, maintain muscle, improve mobility, and stay active for years to come.
Can I follow the program at home?
Yes. If you have access to dumbbells, kettlebells, or basic strength equipment, many workouts can be completed from the comfort of your own home.
How long are the workouts?
Most workouts take approximately 45–60 minutes depending on your experience level, equipment setup, and rest periods between exercises.
