My name is Robert King, also known as “Coach Rob.”
As an IPF PowerLifting World Champion, Strength Coach, and Body Transformation Expert, I am dedicated to helping individuals unlock their true strength and achieve remarkable transformations.
My passion lies in empowering women through strength training, and I am the proud creator of “Women Who Lift Weights.”
Through this community, I have had the privilege of guiding tens of thousands of women, sharing valuable insights into the benefits of strength training and weightlifting. My coaching experience spans across a diverse range of fitness levels, from beginners embarking on their lifting journey to World Champion PowerLifters and esteemed Bikini & Fitness Professionals.
Additionally, I have had the honor of serving as a Team Canada PowerLifting Coach, contributing to the success of our national team on multiple occasions. Guiding and mentoring elite athletes to represent our country at the highest level of competition has been an incredibly rewarding experience.

I’ve been using the WWLW app for a few months, and love how self-contained it is, especially the video capabilities and scheduling.
Not only can you see demo videos of how to do exercises, you can also upload your own videos for your coach to review.
I also love that program blocks can be distributed by my coach directly in the app, in calendar format, with the ability to add comments on specific workouts.
It is simple to use, makes for fast and seamless communication, and thereby leaves more time for actual training!

The WWLW app has been nothing short of amazing. I was a part of the WWLW Strength Club for over 5 months before I decided to try the app. I wanted to hire a personal trainer, but wasn’t thrilled with my local options for my personal goals and affordability was a concern.
The WWLW app has provided me with clear direction and structure for every gym session at an affordable price point.
Additionally, as someone who can’t remember what she does from one moment to the next, I normally would mess up my set or rep counts; this app changed that since it allows you to check off your sets as you progress through your workout.
While I could go on truly forever as to why this is an invaluable app, the community and direct support from Coach Rob is truly what has me sold.
Any app can track your workouts and provide you with videos, but not every app comes with a community of women in various stages of their journey cheering you on. Not every app has a coach not only willing but asking you to post videos of your workouts to check your form and provide feedback and consistently asking how they can help you from answering questions in a text format to videoing demonstrations because someone in the group needed assistance.

I have used both the WWLW coaching app and the programming app, and both have been great.
As a powerlifter, I have tried many platforms, and WWLW stands out in many features.
The interface is clean, uncluttered, and user-friendly, the workouts are simple to move through, and I love that it’s easy to see your exercise history from within the workout.
This is one of few platforms designed specifically for lifters who care about % loading and metrics tracking. Of course, it does all the rest as well – calendar, demo vids, video uploads, messaging, etc. I would definitely recommend the WWLW apps!
